    咸蛋黄是一种美食,主要原料有鸭蛋、禽蛋等。咸蛋黄富含卵磷脂与不饱和脂肪酸,氨基酸等人体生命重要的营养元素。不过胆固醇是一柄双刃剑,胆固醇增高会影响动脉,易得动脉硬化,胆固醇缺少也会引起一系列健康问题。普通人一天食用一个到两个蛋黄足矣,不宜食用过多。

    Step 1

    用叉把咸蛋黄弄松。Mash salted egg yolks with fork till smooth.

    Step 2

    在Tefal Everest热少许油,把大葱炒香后加入蟹肉,炒2分钟后以蒜头粉和少许盐调味。Heat oil in Tefal Everest Wokpan, stir fry onion till fragrant. Toss in crab meat and cook for 2 minutes. Season with garlic powder and pinch of salt.

    Step 3

    用同一个锅热油,把咸蛋黄炒至冒泡,然后加入疯柑叶和淡奶拌匀。Using same wokpan, heat oil and sauté egg yolk till foamy. Add in kaffir lime leaves and evaporated mil, mix well.

    Step 4

    把酱汁煮滚后加入盐和MccCormick现磨黑胡椒粉黑胡椒粉调味。Bring sauce to a boil then season with salt and McCormick Black Pepper Cracked.

    Step 5

    把San Remo意大利面拌入至均匀,然后加入蟹肉,拌均后盛出。Toss in San Remo Spaghetti and quickly fold to completely coat with sauce. Follow by crab meat. Quick stir and dish out.
